With this agreement, if your case is unsuccessful you will not be charged for your legal fees.
Success Fee
If your claim is successful your legal costs are paid for by your opponent. A success fee based upon a percentage of our basic fees will also be deducted from any damages you are awarded.

“Before-the-Event” insurance can usually be found on your building and contents insurance / premium bank accounts. We will happily take a look at your policy documents for you to advise whether you have adequate cover.

It is always open to you to instruct us to act for you on a private fee-paying basis. This will mean that you will be responsible for our fees as and when they are incurred regardless of the outcome of your case.
