A&E Wait Times in the UK – Do you have a claim?

BBC News recently released its analysis of published Accident & Emergency waiting times. Whilst NHS England has said that plans are being implemented to support struggling trusts, A&E waiting times have deteriorated so much this winter that over 50% of patients had to wait more than four hours at some hospitals in England. 

Delays have been seen across the emergency care system, with ambulance services and A&Es struggling. However, according to the analysis by the BBC, the impact of those delays has been unevenly felt across the country. For example, the chance of waiting more than four hours at A&E in the ten worst-performing trusts was at least five times greater than at the best A&Es.
